Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid consultations booked directly through the Dhanarjan website and processed via Razorpay.

Cancellations

• You may cancel or reschedule a booked consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time at no charge
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation may not be eligible for a refund

Refunds

• Eligible refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days
• Once a consultation has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable
• In case of a technical issue on our end that prevents the consultation from taking place, a full refund or free rescheduling will be offered

eBook Purchases

• The eBook is a digital product delivered instantly as a download link after successful payment
• Because delivery is instant, eBook purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been issued or accessed
• If you paid but did not receive a working download link due to a technical issue on our end, contact us and we will resolve it or issue a refund

Book Purchases

Refunds and returns for Dhanarjan's Silent Legacy purchased via Amazon, Flipkart, or PNP Store are governed by the respective platform's own refund policy, not by Dhanarjan directly.
